Each registered presenter may present only one paper (oral or poster). Subsequent papers will be charged accordingly. Fee covers conference materials, participation in technical sessions, refreshment and lunch during sessions.
Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. Registration will not be confirmed until full payment is received. Cheques should be made payable to:
